Ted Sammons Photography

Creating art is what I love to do. Photography allows me to capture moments in time and preserve them as pieces of history, one image at a time. I primarily serve the Citrus County area of Florida but have traveled as far as the Mid-Atlantic to capture meaningful moments for my clients. My passion for photography began in 1986 when my parents gave me my first camera after I completed basic training in the United States Air Force. When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me enjoying the beach, spending time with my family, or volunteering with my church.
My photography style is relaxed and natural. I prefer to rely on genuine emotion and natural light rather than heavily staged scenes or equipment-heavy setups. While I do have a wide array of lights, flashes, and backdrops to create almost any setting, I also believe beautiful portraits can be captured in the comfort of your own home.
